He is survived by: his sons, Cody Lee Bolin (Cheyanne) of Cannel City, Dylan Bolin (Brittany Keeton) of Cannel City and Austin Bolin of West Liberty, Kentucky; his half-brothers, Robert Bolin of West Liberty, Eugene Bolin (Linda) of West Liberty and David Bolin (Brenda) of Morehead, Kentucky; his sisters, Jessica Lawson (Robert) of Campton, Carolyn Smith (William) of West Liberty, Anna Bolin (Johnny Salyers) of Adele, Lisa Bolin of Flat Mary and JoeAnna Bolin of Campton, Kentucky; and his half-sisters, Eva Bailey (Ronnie) of West Liberty, Phyllis Bailey (Gary) of Morehead, Mary Francis (Ray) of West Liberty and Diana Bolin of West Liberty. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
