He is survived by: his wife Rita Rife Branham of Campton, Kentucky; his children, Bobby Joe Sullens (Breanna) of Lexington, Heath Sullens (Lori) of West Liberty, Lonnie Perkins (Alisha) of Campton, Kentucky and Tabitha Maschino (Derek) of Winchester, Kentucky; and his sister Sandra Branham Tipton of Athens, Georgia.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
