She is survived by: her son Robert Lee Banks, Jr. (Debbie) of Bethany, Kentucky; her granddaughter Carrie Michelle Charles; her great grandchildren, Nolan Jason Davidson and Robert Matthew Charles; and her son-in-law James Waters.
