She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Faulkner and Francis Ida Puckett Faulkner; and her siblings, Charlie Faulkner and Sue Combs. She is survived by: her children, Osa Banks, Jr. (Priscilla) of Campton, David Eugene Banks of Clay City, Michael Lee Banks (Gail) of Frozen, Darrin Keith Banks of Pine Ridge, Kentucky, Sherrie Lyn Martin of Stanton, Barbara Jo Peyton (Frankie) of Wellington and Melissa Kay Short of Campton, Kentucky; and her sister Wilma Barton of Jackson, Kentucky.. She is also survived by twenty two grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren.
