He is survived by: his father Charles Phillips; his wife Adonya Phillips; his children, Brett Phillips, Bethani, Logan, Caitlin and Briannah; his siblings, Charlie, David Phillips, Betty Watts, Elizabeth Lee and Nancy Phillips; and his grandchildren, Landyn, Brylynn, Lakynn, Lillie and Leanna. He is also survived by many other family members, and friends.
