She is survived by: her children, Carole Bradley (Kevin), Debbie Puterbaugh, Loretta Cisneros, Vickie Preece (Harvey), Susan Rose (Tony) and Fred Fields II (Laura); and her granddaughter Leah McWhorter. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
