He is survived by: his mother Ivory Watkins Banks of Campton, Kentucky; his wife Juanita Ross Banks of Campton, Kentucky; his children, Justin Banks of Whitley City, Kentucky, Stacy Wilson (Michael) of Hazel Green, Jamie Banks of Whitley City and Deara Spencer of Campton, Kentucky; his stepchildren, Jonathan Bailey of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky and Elizabeth Ross of Salyersville, Kentucky; his siblings, Reed Banks (Judy) of Richmond, Arlen Banks (Sudie) of Campton, Kentucky, Linda Miller of Urbana, Loretta Lykins of Morehead, Patricia Perry of Richmond and Blanch Zalone (Pat) of Mt. Sterling, Ohio; his grandson Evan Wayne Spencer; and his close friends, Hager Ross and Ronnie Patton. He is also survived by five step-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren.
