She was predeceased by: her parent Geraldine Olinger. She is survived by: her husband Bob Perry of Campton, Kentucky; her sons, David Wayne Fortner of Campton, Kentucky and Robert William Fortner of Campton, Kentucky; her stepchildren, William Banks of Campton, Kentucky, Penny Amanda Long of Campton, Kentucky, Candi Clifford of Campton, Kentucky and Marlena Nicole Phillips of Campton, Kentucky; and her siblings, David, Jerry, Doug, Randall, Betty, Gail, Mollie and Rosaline. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
