He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Skaggs and Cora Carlisle Skaggs; his former wife Lois Price; his wife Dorothy Graham; and his siblings, Chester Skaggs, Rev. Garlin Skaggs, Roscoe Skaggs and Lola Mae Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Roy Coleman Skaggs and Kimberly Wilhoit (Kevin) of Campbellsville; his stepchildren, Brenda Young (David) and Marshall Graham (Denise); his grandsons, Anthony Wilhoit and Connor Wilhoit; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte Wilhoit and Margaret Wilhoit. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home (418 Lebanon Ave, Campbellsville, KY 42718). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
