He is survived by: his daughter Annetta; his son-in-law Gary Reynolds of Campbellsville; his grandchildren, Miranda Coffey (Richard) of Greensburg, Brittany Shuffett (Evan) of Guyton, Georgia and Austin Reynolds (Taylor) of Campbellsville, Kentucky; his great grandchildren, Gavin Coffey, Carlee Coffey of Greensburg, Brooklyn Shuffett, Kayla Shuffett, Jaida Shuffett of Guyton, Selena Gibson of West Virginia, Hunter Reynolds, Jaidan Reynolds, Railyn Reynolds, Zathan Reynolds and Paxton Reynolds of Campbellsville, Kentucky.; and his sister Mural Gentry of Louisville.
