She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Bertram and Mildred Smith Bertram. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Porter (Ronald "Sam") of Campbellsville and David Weatherford (Pam) of Campbellsville; her granddaughters, Karen Hardin (Tye) of Campbellsville and Janet Barnes (Dustin) of Campbellsville; her great grandchildren, Lane Hardin of Campbellsville, One, Lela Hardin of Campbellsville, One, Jackson Barnes of Campbellsville, One and Dalton Barnes of Campbellsville, One; her sister Betty Scott of Campbellsville, One; her sister-in-law Louvenia Weatherford of Campbellsville, Her; and her pet Punkin.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested expressions of sympathy be in the form of donations to Gideon Bibles which may be made at the funeral home.
