He is survived by: his wife Brenda Gilbert Skaggs of Campbellsville; his daughter Tracy Lewis (Steve) of Summersville; his granddaughter Ann-Michael Tucker (Jordan) of Summersville; his great grandchildren, Caleb Tucker and Silas Tucker; and his siblings, Thomas "Ham" Skaggs of Jamestown, Mary Clegg of Michigan, Garland Skaggs of Campbellsville and Doris Moore of Campbellsville.
