He is survived by: his wife Julie Caldwell of Campbellsville; his sons, Todd Caldwell (Cami) of Highlands Ranch and Brian Caldwell (Shannon) of Lone Tree, Colorado; his grandchildren, Emily Caldwell, Sarah Caldwell, Heath Caldwell, John Caldwell, Luke Caldwell, Sam Caldwell, Brayden Caldwell and Charlotte Caldwell; and his sister Marilyn Gauvin of Westminster, Massachusetts. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
