He was predeceased by: his parents, O. T. Smith and Marjorie Smith (Potts); and his sisters, Marta Lou Schultz and Rilla Cunningham. He is survived by: his wife Lula Raye Smith (Carney). He is also survived by Five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of extended family.
