He is survived by: his parents, Roy Howard Suratt and Lola Marie Corbin Suratt of Greensburg; his wife Jean Carol Young Suratt of Campbellsville; his children, Keisha Marie Suratt Thompson (Keaton) of Greensburg, Eric Steven Suratt and Haley Paige Suratt Carter (Zach); his grandchildren, Kylin Suratt, Masen Suratt, Axton Lile, Ellason Carter, Colton Carter and Oaklyn Thompson; his mother-in-law Geraldine Young of Greensburg; his siblings, Jeff (Missi Suratt), Jeremy (Melissa Suratt) and Lisa; and his siblings-in-law, Jeffrey Shelton of Greensburg, Ricky Young (Leise Long) of Summersville, Jane Young (Polly Craig) of Ft. Knox, Stephanie, Mike Edwards of Summersville and Connie West of Washington State. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the family burial expenses, which can be made at the funeral home.
