She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Eugene Murrell and Sarah Ermine Eubank Murrell; her spouse Dale Davis; her sister Pauline Speed; and her son-in-law Opha Nathaniel Lyons.
She is survived by: her children, James Dale Davis, Jr. (Loraine Sams) and Celia Lyons of Campbellsville; her grandchildren, Nathan Lyons, Coty Hayden, Ashton Davis of Campbellsville, Matthew and Mark Hayden of Princeton; and her sister Lucille Gentry of Louisville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
