He was predeceased by: his sister Lois June Phillippe. He is survived by: his wife Janice Hadley (Short); his children, Melissa Shelton (Gregory) and Jason Hadley (Christee); his siblings, Gary Hadley (Sue), Joanetta Hadley and Marilyn Martin (Scott); and his grandson Joshua Shelton. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
