He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Cox. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Benningfield Cox; his stepchildren, Nicholas Murray (Brook) of California, Miles Murray and Brandy; his stepgrandchildren, Brylee, Layla of Campbellsville, Carter, Jack, Dominic, Ian, Ethan and Pearl; and his siblings, Mitchell Cox (Cindy) of Campbellsville, Gary Cox (Kay) of Campbellsville, Ricky Cox (Connie) of Elizabethtown, Donnie Cox (Cheryl) of London, Barbara Gribbins (Greg) of Campbellsville, Cheryl Sullivan (Randy) of Campbellsville, Nancy Cox (Justin Galli) of New York and Connie Arnold (Jeff) of Campbellsville. He is also survived by brother-in-law's, sister-in-law's, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Jones Chapel Cemetery (580 Bass Ridge Rd, Elk Horn, KY 42733).
