He is survived by: his mother Faye Hayward Rafferty Howell; his wife Vera Beard of Campbellsville; his daughters, Kristan Beard (Chelsy) and Amber Gray (Tyler) of Campbellsville; his stepsons, Jason May (Lacy) and Matthew Wise (Madelyn) of Campbellsville; his grandsons, Laityn Gray, Jayce Gray and Koheyn Gray; his stepgrandchildren, Jackson May, Blake May, Caysen Wise and Connor Wise; his stepparents, James Hugh "Tuddy" Howell of Campbellsville and Mildred Beard of Campbellsville; his siblings, Jeremy Hogan of Texas and Cheri Parke of Campbellsville; his stepsiblings, Bobbi Faulkner (Dean) of Campbellsville, Alison Starcher (Jeremy) of Florence, Michelle Ellis (Rick) of Springfield, TN and Bill Howell (Kim) of Prospect; and his aunt Pat Mings of Campbellsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
