She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Tom Burress and Ila Jean Patterson Burress; and her brother-in-law Eric Ford. She is survived by: her husband Gregory Smith of Campbellsville; her daughters, Amy Bottom of Greensburg and Breanna Smith of Campbellsville; her grandchildren, Erica, Bridget, Tyler and Christy; her great grandchildren, Ana, Jairo, Olivia, Angelina, Noah, Abraham and Abel; her sister Jennifer Ford of Campbellsville; and her aunt Rose Scholl (Burl) of Indiana.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the L. R. Petty Funeral Home Chapel (1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at the Brookside Cemetery.
