She is survived by: her parents, Glenn Lanham and Beverly Yates Lanham; her children, Anthony Wayne Clark of Campbellsville, Haley Nicole Clark of Campbellsville and Ayden Bruce Clark of Campbellsville; her granddaughter Brynleigh Marie Clark; her pets, Red and Allie; and her brother Eric Lanham (Karen) of Indiana.
