She is survived by: her children, Peggy Caulk of Campbellsville, Steve Martin of Campbellsville and Janet Martin McCubbin (Randy) of Campbellsville; her grandchildren, Kevin Caulk (DeAnna) of Campbellsville, Jason Caulk (Jennifer) of Campbellsville, Jeremy Caulk (Sherry) of Campbellsville and Jennifer Caulk of Campbellsville; her great grandchildren, Kyle Caulk, Blake Caulk, Makenzi Caulk, Zach Caulk, Tatum Caulk, Devin Caulk, Anna Belle Brockman and Jaxon Brockman; her great great grandchild Kylie Caulk; her sister Lola Jones (James) of Glasgow; and her sisters-in-law, Drusilla Allen and Naomi Paxton.
