He was predeceased by: his stepfather Daymon Alton Sallee; and his brother Christopher Sallee. He is survived by: his pets, Buddy, Sadie and Bella; his sisters, Tammie Creason (Jessie) of Campbellsville, Genesia Hodgens (Timmy) of Campbellsville and Melissa Guerrieri (Joseph) of Louisville, His; and his sister-in-law Brittany McClister of Campbellsville, Several. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
