He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Carter Rafferty and Pauline Colvin Rafferty; and his brother Virgil Rafferty. He is survived by: his wife Lee Anna Rafferty of Campbellsville; his children, Kevin Rafferty of Campbellsville, Angie Wise (Brad) of Campbellsville, Meagan Rafferty (Juan Hernandez) of Campbellsville and Matthew Rafferty of Campbellsville; his grandchildren, Justin Wise (Erin) of Covington, Connor Wise and Ryker Hernandez of Campbellsville; his great grandchild Reid Wise; his sister Alice Vaughn (David); and his sister-in-law Wanda Rafferty Sapp of Campbellsville. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
