He is survived by: his wife Sherry Shively of Campbellsville; his children, Phil Shively of Columbus, Adrian Shively (Sara) of Campbellsville, Chad Shively (Bethany) of Campbellsville, Sharon Bland (Dwayne) of Campbellsville and Karen Curry (John) of Campbellsville; and his grandchildren, Sydney Reynolds (Will) of Campbellsville, Jake Shively of Campbellsville, Noah Shively of Campbellsville, Levi Shively (Mariah) of Campbellsville, Layne Shively of Campbellsville, Landon Shively (Maci) of Campbellsville, Emma Shively of Campbellsville, Ellis Shively of Campbellsville, Ella Shively of Campbellsville, Tyler Benningfield (Candace) of Campbellsville, Keenan Shively of Campbellsville, Micah Shively of Campbellsville and Kassondra Cook (David) of Campbellsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
