He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Richard Russell Sr. and Etta LaGracia Fitch Russell; and his brother Cephus Russell. He is survived by: his wife Julie Ann Montgomery Russell of Campbellsville; and his children, Krista Russell of Radcliff, Tiffany Powell (Jeremy) of Big Clifty, KY and James Russell of Campbellsville.
