She is survived by: her husband Richard Weldon Moore of Campbellsville; her children, John Lewis Moore of Elizabethtown and Kyle "Sonny" Moore of Louisville; her sister Kim Pike of Campbellsville; her mother-in-law Lillian Moore of Greensburg; her nieces and nephews, Adam Powell, Trevor Young, Cameron Craig, Dakota Craig, Derek Whitley, Felicia Whitley and Marsha Young; and her close friend Melisa Clark. She is also survived by several great nieces and great nephews and many other relatives, friends, coworkers and church family members.
