She is survived by: her children, Aubrey Nicole and Morgan Wade Ferguson of Greensburg, KY; her parents, Melvin Underwood and Brenda Underwood of Greensburg, KY; her siblings, Jessica Davis (Jacob) of Campbellsville, KY, Madison Underwood of Greensburg, KY, Lane Booth (Jessica) of Campbellsville, KY, Brenton Booth of Campbellsville, KY. and Austin Booth of Greensburg, KY.; and her stepsisters, Tonya Underwood of Summersville and Kim Dziabula (Thomas) of Creal, KY..
