He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Mattingly and Margaret Mattingly; and his siblings, Danny Mattingly, DeWayne Ward, Linda Upchurch and Brenda.
He is survived by: his daughter Amber Mattingly; his siblings, Theressa Lindsey (Bobby) and William Wilcox (Jenny); and his grandchildren, Adam Lawson and Piper Fox. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
