He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvel Cox and Christine Cox; and his sister Barbara Clark. He is survived by: his children, Beth Potocsnak (John) and Adam Cox (Ashley); his grandchildren, JT, Cody, Eli, Tilly Potocsnak and Camryn Cox; and his siblings, Danny Cox (Phyllis) of Campbellsville, Judy Cox of Nashville, TN and Connie Breeding (Gary) of Campbellsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
