She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Goode and Nellie Goode (Hoosier); her husband Jimmy L. Blankenship; and her siblings, Lanis Goode and Mary Ellen Dickens.
She is survived by: her children, Lora A. Montgomery (Ricky) of Russell Springs and Thomas Glen Russell (Kimberly) of Campbellsville; her sister Patty Sullivan (Dempsey) of Lebanon; her grandchildren, Dustin Montgomery (Kayla), Kyle Montgomery, Demetria Shirrell (Brandon), Candace Bradley (Josh) and Damianna Stephens; and her great grandchildren, Max, Maci, Jaxon, Olivia, Klayton, Shaylah, Christopher, Katelyn, Levi and Abel. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lr Petty Funeral Home and Cremation Service (1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
