She is survived by: her daughter Sue Ellen Pike; her son-in-law Chuck Pike of Campbellsville; her brother Ray Perkins (Wanda) of Naples, Florida; her niece Valerie Januski (Tim) of Union; her nephew Travis Perkins (Heather) of Naples, Florida; and her great-nephew Cole Januski. She is also survived by several cousins and many other relatives and friends.
