He is survived by: his wife Tammy Carpenter; his children, Tonya Dempster, Matthew Carpenter, Amber Carpenter, Amanda, Jonathan, Jacob and Olamae; and his siblings, Mike, Mark, Elisha, Shelly, Pamela and Carletta. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
