She was predeceased by: her husband Charlie Caldwell. She is survived by: her daughters, Tina Cruse (Calvin) of Columbia, Shannon Bailey (Chris) of Pekin, Indiana and Cathy Grubbs (Lenn) of Hodgenville; her stepsisters, Mary Kennedy Newcomb of St. Joe and Suzie Daniels (Leo) of St. Joe, One; her sister-in-law Grace Spalding of St. Joe, Several; her stepmother Cokie Spalding; and her brothers, Ricky Spalding and Gabriel "Guber" Spalding. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested expressions of sympathy may be in the form of donations to funeral expenses which may be made at the funeral home.
