She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezra Colvin and Esther Lee Mardis Colvin; her husband Norman Thomas Parrott; her son Stephen Ratliff; and her brother Russell Colvin.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Isabel Ratliff of Campbellsville; her grandchildren, Jonathon Ratliff and Cassandra Nicole Ratliff; her stepchildren, Carla Parrott-Johnson and Gary Parrott; her siblings, Richard "Shorty" Colvin and Geraldine Bennett (Ron) of Campbellsville; and her sister-in-law Marjorie Colvin of Campbellsville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
