She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Bolt and Eliza Ellender Rich Bolt; her husband Bradley Ansel Baldwin; her son Sherrill Randall Baldwin; and her siblings, Nathan Bolt, Thurman Bolt, Okie Matherly, Betty Wilson, Zola Lee and Bobby Dean Bolt.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Baldwin (Marian), Mike Baldwin (Lisa), Judy Hampton, Jennifer Graham (Frankie), Shirley Burress and Denise Graham (Marshall); and her stepdaughter Ann Nunn of Campbellsville. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, and a host of great-grandchildren.
