She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Pot and Marjorie Mills Pot; her spouse Harley Wade Osborne; her son Harley J. Osborne; and her sisters, Rosie Thomas, Flora Colman, Violet Schaffer and Judy Lett.
She is survived by: her son Mike Osborne (Lisa) of Elizabethtown; her grandchildren, John Osborne, Toccara Underwood, Brandon Osborne and Nic Osborne; and her close friend Connie Wilson (Danny) of Campbellsville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
