She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Chester James and Nora Lee Vaughn James; and her sisters, Paulene Koch, Naomi Phillips, Christy Warber, Mary Francis Frazier and Mary Alice Layer.
She is survived by: her son Johnnie Walkup (Sandy) of Campbellsville; and her sister JoAnn Todd. She is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bosley Funeral Home (246 S Proctor Knott Ave, Lebanon, KY 40033). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
