It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura Bell Lawson of Campbellsville, Kentucky, who passed away on August 24, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jethro C. Glenn and Ida Bacon Glenn; her husband Chester "Red" Lawson; her granddaughter Erica Tiffany Lawson; and her siblings, Thomas Richard Glenn, Bobby Lee Glenn, Mary Lou Glenn, Dorothy Merideth, Edna Kilby and Stella Martin.
She is survived by: her children, J. C. Lawson (Peggy) of Campbellsville, Wanda Causey (Jack) of Campbellsville and Marsha Estes of Campbellsville; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Bell (Robbie), DeAnna Cropper (Jeremy), Adam Lawson (Gretchen), Stephanie Gibson (Kenton) and Laura Waymon. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
