She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Smith and Shirley Carole Smith (Stephens); and her brother Jason Leon Smith. She is survived by: her sister Sherri Lee Lancaster of Harrodsburg; and her close friend Debbie Smith of Campbellsville. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
