He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Joseph Taylor (Jack) and Sara Perkins Taylor; his wife Betty Daugherty; his children, Rex Ross and Kay Runyan; and his brother Ernest Carroll Taylor.
He is survived by: his sons, Doug Taylor (Pat) of Campbellsville and Keith Taylor (Kandice) of Campbellsville; his granddaughters, Carolyn Smith (Joe) of Kokomo and Sue Bunce of Panama City, Florida; his partner Marcelene Sapp of Jessietown; and his grandchildren, Dawn Taylor Sanford (Sam), Jay Taylor, Bethany Smith (Casey), Laura Purdue (Dan), Kara Runyan, Lydia Ashley, Christopher Bunce, Nicholas Bunce and Kyle Bunce (Lynette). He is also survived by great-great-grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
