He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Cleaver Moore and Virgie Elizabeth McCarty Moore; and his sisters, Betty Nelson, Aileen Whitlock, Linda Sue Cox and Tresea Hardin.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Moore of Campbellsville; his children, Mark Moore of Harrodsburg, Greg Moore, Scotty Moore, Pam Bradley and Tammy Paxton of Campbellsville; his great grandchildren, Hunter Corbin, Braelyn Moore, Emma Caven and Ellie Mae Caven; and his siblings, Paul Moore (Mary Ann) of Lebanon, Robert Moore of Raywick and Joyce Porter of Finley. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
