She was predeceased by: her husband George Robert Vetter; her son Terry King; and her brothers, Charles "C. J." Bishop, Gordon Bishop, Garnett Bishop and Danny Bishop.

She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Hoosier (Daniel) and Tracy Thompson (Garrett); and her sister Mary Lois Powell.
