He is survived by: his mother Sue McCubbin York (Gary) of Campbellsville, One; his wife Mary Katlyn Underwood Holstin of Campbellsville, One; his daughter Cieara Blakeman of Campbellsville, His; his siblings, James Leslie Whitehead of Campbellsville and Shaunna Edwards (Andrew) of Campbellsville; and his pet Arnold. He is also survived by grandchild, along with several nieces and nephews.
