He is survived by: his mother Stephanie Super of Greensburg; his brothers, Joseph David Johnson II (Molly) of Campbellsville and John Wesley Johnson (Ashley) of Campbellsville; his stepmother Pim Johnson; and his godchildren, Anna Calhoun, Lola Calhoun and Rain Calhoun.
