He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Kaye Judd Smith of Campbellsville; his daughter Jetona Kaye Milby of Louisville; his grandchildren, Wesley Choe Milby of Louisville and Sumina Joy Milby of Louisville; his brother Michael Allen; his sister-in-law Susan Smith of Campbellsville; and also Garrett Milby of Summersville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
