He is survived by: his children, Keith Mayes (Carol) of Campbellsville, William "Billy" Mayes of Campbellsville and Amanda "Mandy" Workman of Illinois; and his sisters, Darlene Netherland of Campbellsville and Marsha Shrum of Paducah. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
