He is survived by: his wife Wanda Sue Humphress Perkins of Campbellsville; his children, Timothy Perkins (Mary) of Trafalgar, IN and Robin Reedy (Matt) of Freetown, IN.; his siblings, Perline Humphress and Bobby Perkins (Linda) of Knifley; and his close friend Lillie Stephens. He is also survived by Eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren on one expected great-grandchild.
