He was predeceased by: his son Todd Jacques. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Jacques of Campbellsville; his daughter Jennifer Kenzel (Jake) of Michigan; his stepchildren, Jackie Stone of Michigan, Anita Stone of Michigan and Freddie Stone (Chelsea) of Michigan; and his grandchildren, Remi Stone of Michigan, Hayden Stone of Kentucky, Alexis Stone of Kentucky, Shay Stone of Michigan, Hunter Stone of Michigan and Sugan Veerareddy (Sierra) of Michigan, Six. He is also survived by Six great-grandchildren One sister.
