He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Gore Metzmeier; his aunts, Gladys and Pauline Frize of Campbellsville; and his uncle Elam Moss. He is survived by: his wife Clara Lancaster Metzmeier of Campbellsville; his brother Don Gore Metzmeier of Campbellsville; his children, Dorothy Metzmeier Walker (John) of Clear Spring, MD, Mary Atwood Metzmeier of Cincinnati, OH and Frank Joseph Metzmeier, Jr. (Trese Frowein) of Monticello, KY.; his grandchildren, Frank Diego Metzmeier and Clara Coleen Marisol Metzmeier of Cincinnati; and his niece Lorraine Allen of Hurleyville, NY.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Bethel First Presbyterian Church in Campbellsville, the Kentucky Dental Association, or the charity of the donor's choice.
